Entrepreneurs are a rare breed, indeed. It is just slightly insane to think about the challenges of business ownership. It’s difficult, stressful and fraught with peril and failure. It’s a miracle that anyone ever bothers.

But we can’t get enough of it.

Maybe that’s why entrepreneurs responded so warmly to Grow America founder Alan Hall’s article on Forbes in which he challenged unhappy employees to kiss their bosses goodbye and start their own successful businesses. That idea was so well received that we decided to make a video about it to highlight some of his best advice.
